  The AEM 21-5011 4” air intake system is ideal for vehicles with an engine swap available from Marken Performance. LS and Hemi engine swap vehicle owners with find this kit their dream come true. The AEM 21-5011 air intake system comes with an AEM Dryflow air filter, aluminum tubes, couplers, a weld-on mass air flow sensor pad (to fit the Hitachi Blade style maf), brackets and the hardware needed to custom build an air intake. By providing these parts, the builder has multiple options and configurations to make a high flowing intake system.  The 21-5011 universal air intake kit comes with an AEM Dryflow air filter, part 21-2059DK. AEM's Dryflow air filters are washable and reusable and because they have lower restriction than typical paper air filters they can increase engine power and torque. It can accommodate the GM tube style MAF sensor or be used as a speed density intake. In addition, the two brackets that are included are also designed to be bent and welded as needed, allowing more flexibility during design, setup and installation.

 AEM WATER METHANOL INJECTION

  The AEM Water/Methanol Injection kit with 1 gallon tank includes all the elements necessary to do water/methanol injection right on nearly every forced induction gasoline vehicle.  Imagine having the benefits of a super efficient intercooler and race gas-like detonation control but for hundreds of dollars less and all packaged in a complete kit.  Run more boost and ignition timing to gain as much as 20% more horsepower while still using pump gas!  This “liquid intercooling” effect can reduce intake air temperatures by as much as 100°F or more!  A cooler, denser air charge delivers more oxygen that allows for more fuel to be burned and more horsepower to be made.  Combined, water and methanol can significantly increase your effective anti-knock index allowing for higher boost pressures and more ignition timing advance. Water/methanol injection will reduces carbon deposits inside the combustion chamber and in the intake manifold.  Many engines use Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) for emissions control which can lead to massive carbon build up inside the air intake.  Water/methanol injection will help to eliminate this build up and promote better airflow and efficiency.

  AEM has completely redesigned its Controller Modules for its gas Water/Methanol Injection Systems for easier installation and programming, and has added kit enhancements to improve system performance and simplify installation. AEM now proudly offers water/methanol injection kits for both high compression naturally aspirated and forced induction gas race engines!  
  One is boost dependent (Kit # 30-3300) for forced gas induction vehicles up to 35 PSI of boost. The Boost Dependent controller has an on-board manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor with a molded-in nipple for a boost hose pickup. 
  The second controller (Kit # 30-3350) features a multiple input design that enables users to install AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Kit on both high compression naturally aspirated vehicles (NA) via the MAF/IDC settings and ultra-high boost vehicles (above 35 PSI) using an external MAP sensor. The Multi Input controller works with an external 0-5v voltage-based external MAP sensor, a frequency based input for Injector Duty Cycle (IDC), frequency-based mass airflow (MAF), or a 0-5v voltage-based MAF.
   
Robust, Easy to Use Controller Designs
  The new controller designs feature large, turn-resistant knobs and larger numbering to easily set accurate start and full activation points, with covered status LED and test buttons for added splash resistance. A plug is integrated into the controller housing for mating to the redesigned wiring harness’s positive-lock connector. The Boost Dependent controller housing has a molded-in, barbed nipple to accept a boost hose and a wiring legend on the back. The Multi Input controller has an easy-to-remove plug covering the programming dipswitches and a programming legend on the back for the 0-5v and frequency based settings. Both controller housings feature an easy to access integrated fuse and molded mounting tabs.
  
Boost Safe Feature
  These new controllers retain the “Boost Safe” injection failsafe system, which is an output that will activate if there is a short, loss of continuity or high or low voltage or low fluid condition, allowing users to define their failsafe strategy from something as simple as flashing a warning light to more advanced strategies like pulling boost or ignition, or switching fuel maps on a standalone engine management system. 
   
Simplified Wiring
  The new wiring harness is terminated with a positive-lock connector on one end and has color-coded wires to ease installation. An integrated Pump Ground circuit is included in the harness which simplifies the wiring process and eliminates any chance of the pump accidentally activating from a short in the system. An additional wire is included for adding an optional on/off solenoid to stop fluid flow when the system is inactive.
   
Improved Injector Flow Rate & Nozzle Sizes
  AEM’s engineers spent extensive time revamping the controller’s flow control strategy for a more linear flow output delivery. This means that the flow delivery better matches an engine’s need for water/methanol injection, which further optimizes charge air cooling and detonation control. Three resized injector nozzles are in each kit and allow for improved flow capability (a flow graph is available on our website).
  
New Low Level Fluid Indicator
  A more accurate, conductive low level fluid sensor is integrated into the tank and features a positive lock connector with color-matched wires to the wiring harness. The sensor eliminates any chance of incorrect readings due to interference from debris.

  AEM has 2 different water/methanol controller kits for HD turbo Diesel trucks depending on your boost needs. These kits are available thru Marken Performance. 
  Kit part # 30-3301 has an on-board MAP sensor (up to 40 PSI) and a molded in nipple for a boost hose pickup. 
  Kit part # 30-3351 features a multiple input design. The Multi Input controller can be programmed to work with a 0-5v signal from an external MAP sensor for Diesels running over 40 PSI of boost, or with a frequency based Injector Duty Cycle (IDC) signal, frequency-based mass airflow (MAF), or 0-5v voltage-based MAF signal.

AEM’s Water/Methanol FAILSAFE Device part # 30-3020 (1/4"; add M for 4mm) actively monitors the entire flow curve independent of pressure, continuously collecting flow vs. injection rate data so that any deviation from your established flow curve will trigger an alarm output that can be used to reduce boost or timing, change maps, add fuel, trigger a two-step or perform practically any action you choose to save your engine. It is PC programmable (with USB connectivity) which eliminates the guesswork when setting min/max threshold parameters. It features PC-based software and an auto-scaling flow map that simplifies set up, and has an “Auto Set” feature that will create a baseline configuration.

 AEM Infinity 8/10/12 Stand-Alone Programmable

  
The Infinity EMS ECU delivers high-end engine control for all racing masses, providing technology, durability and capabilities that are typically found only in the engine control units of Motorsports, yet at a fraction of the cost from your AEM Canadian dealer Marken Performance in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.  Built around a latest generation 200MHz automotive processor, the Infinity is capable of processing 400 MIPS (millions of instructions per second) and is perhaps the fastest ECU available today. The software’s back-end ignition timing code is tested to 100,000 RPM. Each Infinity programmable ECU includes ignition coil outputs and injector drivers equivalent to its name.  They are multi-fuel and Flex-Fuel compatible and offer multiple strategies for boost, nitrous, idle control, ignition trim, charge temp blend and more. Infinity ECU’s feature lightning-fast data logging, dual internal wideband controllers, dual knock sensing circuits, drive-by wire capability, real-time sensor diagnostics and an internal engine simulator. The enclosure and connectors are sealed and suitable for engine bay mounting, and are designed to withstand the harshest racing environments. Size is 6” X 6” X 2”.
