AFE Cat Back & Twisted Steel Header
aFe Part # 49-33072-B (Black Tips), # 49-33072-P (Polished Tips) are Mach Force-XP cat-back exhaust systems for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT with the V8-5.0L engine. In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +11 horsepower and +14 lbs. x ft. of torque @ wheels. This cat-back exhaust system utilizes full 3” tubing with clamp-on reduction tubes to fit OE connections which can be removed when fitting aFe Powers full length Twisted Steel long tube headers to take full advantage of flow and even more power. aFe also designed this unique system with an X-pipe to balance and evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system. This not only creates a more efficient flow and better performance but also reduces decibels minimizing exhaust drone giving you an awesome sound. To finish off the exhaust, dual 4" gloss black 304 stainless steel tips are included.
aFe part # 48-33012-YC is a set of Twisted Steel long tube catted headers/connection pipes combo for the 2015 Mustang GT with V8-5.0L engine. In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +13 horsepower and +19 lbs. x ft. of torque, as measured on our in-house dyno @ wheels. Designed to replace the extremely restrictive exhaust manifold, the performance Twisted Steel long-tube headers are constructed of 1-7/8”, 16 gauge, mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel tubing for strength and durability. A 4-to-1 formed collector is used on the headers to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity for maximum performance. The high-flowing connection pipes are designed using 48-state legal 200 cell catalytic converters and mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel tubing for optimum flow resulting in added horse power and torque. This kits also includes 3” adapters to attach to the aFe power cat-back exhaust system (49-33072-B/P) for even more flow and performance.

Corsa has a 3.0" cat-back, dual rear exit with single 4.5" polished & black pro-series tips part # 14328BLK. Includes 3.0" Double X-Pipe # 14327. Flows 48% more than stock, yields an aggressive sound under acceleration and a drone-free experience during cruise.
If you want the same aggressive sound with Quad 4" Tips, use part # 14335BLK.

Flowmaster's American Thunder Cat-back exhaust system part # 817730, for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT is perfect for the person looking for an aggressive sound level outside of the car, while maintaining a moderate sound level inside with all of the performance benefits that you would expect from Flowmaster. This bolt-on DOR (Dual Out Rear) emissions-legal system for cars with the 5.0L engine features a pair of specially tuned 60 Series mufflers, a 3” scavenger X-pipe assembly and dual mandrel bent 3” tailpipes for maximum performance. The system is built out of 409S stainless steel and utilizes 4” polished stainless steel Flowmaster embossed tips.
Flowmaster's Outlaw Cat-back exhaust system part # 817734, for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT is perfect for the person looking for a very deep and aggressive sound level outside and inside the car with all of the performance benefits that you would expect from Flowmaster. This exhaust is not for the faint of heart! This bolt-on DOR (Dual Out Rear) emissions-legal system for cars with the 5.0L engine features a pair of race proven Outlaw Series mufflers, a 3” scavenger X-pipe assembly and dual mandrel bent 3” tailpipes for maximum performance. The system is built out of 409S stainless steel and utilizes 4” polished stainless steel Flowmaster embossed tips.
Flowmaster part # 81109 is a Resonator Delete kit that fits the 2015 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L V8 engine for the stock 2.5” exhaust. It features a Scavenger Series X –Pipe with 2.5” mandrel bent tubing.

Ford Racing Cat Back
Ford Racing part # M-5200-M8SB is a sport cat back exhaust for the 2015 Mustang GT with black tips (part # M-5200-M8SC for chrome tips, not black). This cat-back system is constructed from ultra-smooth mandrel bent 300-series stainless steel tubing that is designed and fit to Ford Racing specs. This 2.5" cat-back exhaust system will give you an aggressive muscle car sound. This cat-back exhaust system with integral X-pipe bolts directly to the stock factory catalytic converters, making your Mustang 100% emission compliant. These tuned stainless steel mufflers with 4" chrome-plated stainless steel tips. Ford Racing has partnered with industry leader Borla® Exhaust to offer the first in a series of Ford Racing by Borla® systems for the new 2015 Mustang. This loud aggressive sound is 49-state drive-by noise legal. It is 30 lbs lighter than the factory cat-back system. Also available in Touring series which is not as aggressive.

It has an aggressive sound as the Gibson Muffler features a baffled & chambered design, no internal packing for a powerful deep tone. The complete Dual 3" Stainless steel X Pipe and trusted, power-proven SuperFlow mufflers with integrated CFT technology will create symphony under the chassis, as they work in tune to push any driver deeper into their seat. With each rap of the throttle, the throaty sound exiting from the Dual 4.5" intercooled stainless tips will work to alter their ego from office clerk to road warrior. MagnaFlow's cat-back exhaust system # 19302 with 4.625” carbon fiber tips for the 2015+ Mustang GT features 409 stainless steel construction with 3” mandrel bent tubing. MagnaFlow stainless steel cat back exhaust part #19100 & 19101 (thru Marken Performance) fits: 2015 Ford Mustang GT V8 5L, and increase HP!
Factory tubing for the 2015 V8 application is 2.25 inches. MagnaFlow has been able to free up more power by enlarging the stainless steel tubing to 3 inches, exiting out of 4.5 inch polished tips (diameters vary for other engine applications). These systems are available in a variety of exit designs for the 2015 2.3L EcoBoost (part # 19097, 19179, 19191), the 3.7 V6 (part # 19098, 19099, 19180) and the 5.0L V8-equipped Mustangs [part # 19100 (street series cat back, 5 x 8 x 14in. muffler), 19101 (competition series cat back 5” round muffler), 19102 (street series axle back, 5 x 8 x 14in. muffler), 19103 (street series axle back, 5 x 8 x 14in. muffler)].

MBRP Cat Backs
MBRP has many 3" Cat Backs in dual split rear, with 4.5" tips, for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT 5.0. There are both street and race versions. With fully sealed seams to resist rust you can count on this system to really hold up. The black coat finish on 2 of the systems is covered on the back 1/2 with a specifically formulated black coating to withstand the extreme heat and abrasive conditions an exhaust system is exposed to.
Also comes in 409 = SS and Aluminized. Note: these systems only fits the regular coupe, not the convertible.

Kooks Cat Backs
Kooks has many different cat back exhausts with either “X” Pipe or “H” pipe as well as Black or polished tips.
The Full 3" Exhaust Systems are to be used with Kooks Headers, like the part #'s: 11515100, 11515110, 11515400.
The others that are OEM description hook up to factory.
Kooks Headers
Kooks headers offer both long tube full length exhaust headers in 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" diameter.
Kooks are only available in Stainless steel but also have options with or without cats.
O2 extensions, gaskets, and all installation hardware included.
Hooker Headers and Cat Back
Hooker Blackheart now has complete exhaust systems for the 2015 Mustang 5.0L available thru Marken Performance. Blackheart exhaust is engineered to provide maximum exhaust velocity, ground clearance, style, performance, and quality.
Long Tube Headers (part # 70103305-RHKR) are 1 7/8” with 3” collector output that contain merge spheres. Constructed of lightweight 1-7/8" diameter, 18-gauge, mandrel bent 304 stainless steel primary tubes. 3/8” thick CNC laser cut header flanges for strength and maximum sealing surface.
There is also 2 different style 3” cat backs (part # 70503302-RHKR for OE attachment, OR part # 70503308-RHKR for the Long Tube Headers). High flow, straight through muffler design produces an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a mellow tone at idle. 4” dual wall polished 304 Stainless Steel tips with laser etched Hooker Blackheart logo adding maximum styling to your ride. Comes with clamps. Available without mufflers as well.

BBK Headers
BBK has long tube full length exhaust headers in 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" diameter CNC mandrel-bent tubing and solid 3/8” laser cut exhaust flanges for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L. We recommend the BBK Performance 1-3/4" long tubes for slightly modified applications and the 1-7/8" for blown, nitrous or turbo applications. The headers are available in 3 different finishes: full chrome, polished silver ceramic or stainless steel.
NOTE: 2015 UP Long Tube exhaust headers require additional hardware & O2 sensor extension harness kit part # 16332 to be purchased to complete installation on the 1-3/4" & 1-7/8" Long Tubes.
Short mid pipes are also required to complete the installation and will fit fit both 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" Long Tubes (phone for part #’s).
1-3/4" part numbers: 1633 for chrome, 16330 for polished silver ceramic, 16335 for 304 stainless.
1-7/8" part numbers: 1856 for chrome, 18560 for polished silver ceramic.
Part # 16332 for: O2 harnesses + hardware kit required for installation
For these long tube headers, mid-pipes are also available. Part # 1816 has cats, Part # 18160 does not have cats.
1 3/4" shorty headers are also available. Chrome part # 1848, Chrome Polished Ceramic part # 18480.
