   Edelbrock has come up with these great E-Force Supercharger systems that deliver optimum horsepower and torque in a complete, street-legal kit that fits under the factory hood (no special aftermarket hood required in some cases) The core of each system is the Eaton Gen VI 2300 TVS® Supercharger rotating assembly. Eaton's assembly features a four lobe design with 160° of twist for maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for excellent drivability. In 2017 a new Eaton 2650 rotor assembly with a 170° twist (15% larger) and up to 25% more airflow (@14 psi boost) will be available for the Camaro, Mustang and HEMI.  The supercharger assembly has been integrated into the intake manifold for a seamless design with minimal components, eliminating the possibility of vacuum leaks between gasket surfaces.  Edelbrock's inverted supercharger assembly is uniquely oriented, allowing for an incredible amount of intake runner length for maximizing low end torque.  The intake features long runners for maximum low-end torque and an integrated bypass valve that helps reduce parasitic loss under light throttle, which improves gas mileage potential. Keeping the air cool is a high capacity, air to water intercooler and a full face, low temp, heat exchanger. It has been designed to meet 50-State emissions and work with all OEM emissions equipment. Additional features of the E-Force design include a front drive and front inlet, giving incoming air a short, and straight path into the supercharger with minimal restriction.

    2010-14 Camaro Stage 2 systems now available.  Now you can take your 2010-14 Camaro to a higher performance level with our new Stage 2 E-Force Track Systems.  These systems include all of the components of our Stage 1 system # 1598 with the additional components and a custom tune optimized for these upgrades.  With the stock LS3 bottom end and stock GM Cylinder Heads, we then added a set of Edelbrock Valve Springs #5768, Long Tube Headers, Edelbrock Cold Air Intake System #15988, ZL1 Fuel Pump, Edelbrock Fuel Injectors #15903, and Edelbrock Rollin’ Thunder Camshaft #2219. We ran the chassis dyno test at 6 psi of boost on 91 octane with the 3.5? Supercharger Pulley, that comes with the #1598, and the results were phenominal. The E-Force Stage 2 Recipe for 2010-14 Camaro produced 618 hp and 534 ft-lbs to the rear wheels! An increase of just about +100 hp over our Stage 1 setup. If you’re looking to take your Camaro from the street to the track this recipe is for you. This package is for racing only purposes. At this time items sold separately and readily available to obtain this power! E-Force Superchargers provide the most power at the lowest amount of boost, resulting in performance that is safe to operate on a completely stock engine for many years.      Mustang

 

     

   The E-Force systems for the 2015-16 Ford Mustang 5.0L coyote are the first to feature the new DP-3C intercooler. DP-3C references the “Dual-Pass Three Core” design. With this new design, the intake air charge passes through the intercooler twice; first pass is from the rotors up through the center core and the second pass is when the air charge goes down into the runners. The DP-3C intercooler also features 45% more surface area over the previous Mustang designs. This is designed to work with all OEM emissions equipment, which will make them 50 state emissions legal. The Stage 2 system includes all of the same components, plus a larger bore throttle body, cold air intake system, higher output fuel pump and 60 lb. injectors to support the added performance.
   E-Force Stage-2 Superchargers now available for the 4.6 ltr & 5.0 ltr 2005-2016 Ford Mustang. Edelbrock has unleashed the true power potential of the E-Force supercharger with the addition of the new Stage-2 supercharger systems.  E-Force Stage-2 systems offer greater power gains over the Stage-1: Street systems, but unlike the Stage-3:Pro Tuner systems (formerly "Competition systems"), they include everything needed to complete the installation, and achieve the huge power gains that racers demand. In addition to the base supercharger and components, the Stage-2 systems also feature parts like: a smaller drive pulley, competition air intake system, high flow fuel pump and a custom tune. All this turns the conservative street legal system, that many are used to seeing, into a race ready monster.

The Stage 1 system for the Coyote will typically produce 5-6 psi of boost and is CARB approved, making it legal for use in all 50 states. Stages 2 and 3 step things up further in the boost department and don’t carry CARB approval. The Stage 2 system should produce 8-9 psi of boost. “Making power at lower levels of boost, makes the system compatible with stock engines, so the average enthusiast doesn’t have the additional expense of a crate engine, or building an engine to handle the boost”.

The primary differences between the two kits are that the stock air filter box is replaced with an open air element filter for cold-air induction with less restriction, and a different (smaller) 3.25-inch diameter pulley is already installed on the supercharger. Edelbrock provides an updated tune for this particular package to take into account the additional boost and air volume.

Edelbrock includes an SCT handheld flash tuner with the E-Force supercharger that will load the proper calibration to the engine control module.

  Carbureted: The NEW Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger kits for small-block Chevys has been completely redesigned from the previous version. Available in Satin (part # 1513) or Polished (part # 15131) thru Marken Performance. 
  It includes a newly designed intake assembly with Eaton Gen VI 2300 TVS internals, manifold, drive pulleys, 10-rib serpentine belt, and all the necessary hardware. Complete systems are pre-assembled for an easy bolt-on installation.  These systems are designed to be installed on a factory style front end drive and pulley system, but will not work directly with aftermarket serpentine systems. Compatible with 6-7/16" center-to-center air cleaners.  The result: old school looks with the modern performance and efficiency that you've come to expect from Edelbrock E-Force superchargers.
  The first Iteration of this supercharger to be release is for small block Chevrolet engines with 1986 - earlier heads. It features a dual-quad carburetor pad, but is sold without carburetors. TORRANCE, CA (August 16, 2012) - Edelbrock is excited to announce the release of the E-Force Supercharger system for 2007-12 GM trucks equipped with 4.8L or 5.3L LS engines. This system increased horsepower and torque gains on both engine configurations for improved street and towing performance.  In testing, a stock 5.3L was improved from 270 horsepower and 308 ft-lbs. of torque at the rear wheels, to 364 horsepower and 397 ft-lbs. of torque with the addition of the E-Force supercharger system. On a stock 4.8L truck, the performance was increased from 228 horsepower and 259 ft-lbs. of torque at the rear wheels, to 334 horsepower and 380 ft-lbs. of torque.

August 2014:  The Edelbrock E-Force supercharger system for 2014 GM 1500 series trucks has been redesigned for the new EcoTec3 engine platform. This system integrates new features to improve functionality and ease of installation as well as design cues that give it an aggressive look. Oct 25 2014:  The all-new design E-Force Supercharger increases the stock GM 2014 EcoTec engine up to 528 rear wheel horsepower and 496 ft-lbs of torque for improved towing performance. This E-Force supercharger incorporates the Eaton Gen VI 2300 Twin Vortices Series (TVS) rotor assembly, as well as an air to water twin intercooler system and dual core heat exchanger. Performance has been optimized through a unique runner design and an integrated bypass valve that helps reduce parasitic loss under light throttle, which improves gas mileage potential.     Edelbrock now has E-Force Supercharger part #1527 (with tuner) for the 2012-14 Jeep Wrangler 3.6L V6 owners. Kit includes everything needed to bolt on and go, from the intercooler to the plumbing and hardware.  Carb EO# Pending.   Uses Eaton TVS 1320 Supercharger.  They have designed the supercharger around the oil filter located at the top, which means no special oil filter needed.  It does all fit under the hood! In dyno tests E-Force system #1527 increased performance to 317 hp and 277 ft-lbs. of torque, an increase of 90 hp and 73 ft-lbs. to the rear wheels! Edelbrock’s all-new E-Force Supercharger system, part # 1556, is designed exclusively for the FA20/4U-GSE 2.0L Boxer equipped 2012-15 Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, or Toyota GT86 engine. On the Dyno this produces 242 HP & 186 TQ both @ rear wheels—an increase of approx +77 HP and +57 TQ @ wheels. It's unique inverted design features long runners that allow for maximum flow at high rpm, while retaining great daily driving characteristics. To cool the incoming air, is a large dual pass air-to-water intercooler and heat exchanger. All of these features help the E-Force deliver dramatically improved performance, especially in the mid-range, where power dips have been eliminated for a smooth linear power curve. To cool the incoming air, is a large air-to-water intercooler and heat exchanger. All of these features help the E-Force deliver dramatically improved performance with a smooth linear power curve. Lastly, the supercharger assembly is finished with a durable black powder coating.  Kit features a self contained oil system with 100,000 mile service interval (no drilling or plumbing required) and an EcuTek® ProECU Programming Kit with E-Force tune.

 E-Force Supercharged 5.0L Crate Engine:  This Coyote package is our most complete and ultimate solution for the Ford enthusiast transplanting a Coyote powerplant into their project vehicle. It includes a complete engine with an E-Force Supercharger system installed, wiring harness, pre-programmed ECU, electronic throttle pedal, oxygen sensors, MAFS, air filter, fuse box, water pump, hose, alternator, belts, idlers and hardware.  This combination puts out a whopping 700 HP and 606 lb/ft of Torque!  The core of this engine is a brand new Ford aluminum block built for high performance applications. The lightweight aluminum block features a forged and balanced crankshaft, forged Manley H-Beam connecting rods and Mahle forged aluminum pistons. The 9.5:1 compression ratio allows for safe and reliable supercharged performance on 91 octane pump gas.  

 This engine package comes complete with essential supercharger kit components, such as the electric intercooler water pump, intercooler plumbing and intercooler recovery tank, as well as fuel rails, 50 lb/hr. fuel injectors.  It also includes all front end drive accessories: water pump, alternator pulleys, idlers, tensioners, belts and hardware.

Pair with universal heat exchangers #15405, #15406 or #15407 for a complete installation.

 Now available from Edelbrock, is a complete 416 c.i.d. supercharged, LS engine, that produces an astounding 720 horsepower and 695 ft-lbs. of torque, on 91 octane pump gas. The foundation of this engine is a brand new, GM aluminum LS3 block with a forged and balanced Manley crankshaft, forged Manley H-Beam connecting rods and Manley forged aluminum pistons. The 4.0" stroke, and 4.065" bore pushes this LS3 out to a whopping 416 c.i.d., for incredible low end torque. The 9.5:1 compression ratio allows for safe and reliable supercharged performance on 91 octane pump gas.

Helping this engine breathe is the Edelbrock E-Force LS3 supercharger system. This great looking system features Eaton TVS 2300 cc/rev rotors, which provide unparalleled efficiency, whisper quiet operation and OEM reliability. This engine package comes complete with essential supercharger kit components, such as the electric intercooler water pump, intercooler plumbing and intercooler recovery tank, as well as fuel rails, 60 lb/hr. fuel injectors, mass air flow sensor (MAFS) housing and re-usable air filter. The supercharger equipped on this engine features a driver's side throttle body orientation for ease of intake routing and a Corvette belt offset for a compact installation.
