Flowmaster's American Thunder Cat-back exhaust system part # 817730, for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT is perfect for the person looking for an aggressive sound level outside of the car, while maintaining a moderate sound level inside with all of the performance benefits that you would expect from Flowmaster. This bolt-on DOR (Dual Out Rear) emissions-legal system for cars with the 5.0L engine features a pair of specially tuned 60 Series mufflers, a 3” scavenger X-pipe assembly and dual mandrel bent 3” tailpipes for maximum performance. The system is built out of 409S stainless steel and utilizes 4” polished stainless steel Flowmaster embossed tips.

This exhaust is not for the faint of heart! Flowmaster part # 817281 American Thunder Crossmember-Back System fits 1967-1970 Ford Mustang, exits through factory valance cut outs, does not fit convertibles or cars with staggered shocks. For the person who is looking for a complete header-back dual exhaust system with an aggressive tone coming from the dual Super 44 series mufflers. Mandrel bent 16 gauge 409 stainless 2.5” tubing with 3” tips.
For cars without valance cutouts use part # 817282: does NOT fit convertible or models with staggered shocks.
