The K&N air intake part # 63-3081 thru Marken Performance fits 2014-2015 Chevy C7 Corvette Stingray yielding +12.51  horsepower at 4,998 rpm and +16.63 pound-feet of torque at 4,004 rpm.  It replaces the restrictive factory air filter box system and accordion hose with a free-flowing, high-density polyethylene air intake tube to help minimize restriction, straighten, and increase airflow to the engine.  More air, and less restriction, means more usable power throughout the engine’s RPM range.   Additionally, the 2014-2015 Chevy Corvette 6.2-liter K&N air intake system incorporates a heat shield which helps to direct relatively cold air entering through the factory inlet into the K&N carbon fiber top and bottom performance air filter.  A custom made carbon fiber top and bottom K&N air filter RP-5285 is fitted to the inlet of the K&N 2014-2015 Chevy Corvette Performance Air Intake System to provide excellent airflow rates as well as outstanding filtration efficiency.  The filter is washable and reusable and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions.   

  

 

  

 

  

   K&N Short Ram Intake 69-4529TS is powder coated in a silver color to protect the aluminum tube and look good under the hood of the 2013-2014 Chevrolet Malibu 2.5L models.  On the dyno, 69-4529TS yields an additional +8 horsepower and +11 pound-feet of torque.  This is over a 5% gain in horsepower, and 8% gain in torque just from a bolt-on upgrade.  The oversized RU-4960 reusable air filter, providing a large surface to help increase airflow while providing outstanding engine protection. This washable air filter is made with K&N’s famous high-flow air filter media so it’s washable and reusable and can go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions.  To top it all off, a heat shield shrouds the air filter under the hood, helping to deflect engine heat away from incoming air.
