Hellwig has 3 different weight class helper springs for the new 2015-16 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon pickups now available thru Marken Performance. All 3 kits listed below fit both 2 and 4 wheel drive vehicles. The U-bolt can be adjusted to change the rate of the helper spring allowing the user to match it to their specific load or to level the vehicle left to right. Keeping your truck level while towing or hauling has many benefits such as improved handling, braking, less wear on the suspension, better ride and aesthetics. The springs are powdercoated and made from heat treated, 5160 spring steel at Hellwig's factory in Visalia, CA. The kits include everything necessary to install the leaves and do not require any modification of the vehicle's original suspension. They have a lifetime warranty.
Part # 553 is the newest member of Hellwig's EZ-550 line. The EZ-550 is our light duty helper spring rated up to 500lbs.
This kit includes two single leaf springs which easily bolt onto the top of the factory leaf pack behind the axle U-bolts.
Part # 1252 below is the newest member of Hellwig's EZ-1000 line. The EZ-1000 is our medium duty helper spring rated up to 1000lbs.
This kit includes four single leaf springs which easily bolt onto the top of the factory leaf pack on either side of the axle U-bolts.
Part # 1530 below is the newest member of Hellwig's LP-15 line. The LP-15 is our heavy duty helper spring rated up to 1500lbs. This kit includes four multi-leaf springs which easily bolt onto the top of the factory leaf pack on either side of the axle U-bolts.
