The headers, part # 48-36103, is constructed of 1-5/8" 16-gauge 304 stainless steel primary mandrel bent tubing. 3-to-1 formed collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. These headers are a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation.
The crossover Y-pipe is available with or without cats. Part # 48-36104-YN is without cats. Part # 48-36104-YC comes with dual high-flow 48-state-legal 400 cell catalytic converters for optimum flow. Both are constructed out of 304 stainless steel tubing for strength and durability. The unique 3-piece y-pipe is designed using a merge collector that utilizes a 2-1/2" into 3" transition for optimum flow while removing turbulences. No modification to stock system or location for hassle-free installation.
