AFE Power headers part # 48-34125-YC is the street series headers that fits supercharged 2009-15 Cadillac CTS-V V8 6.2L and comes with dual, hi-flow, metallic, 400 CPSI, stainless steel catalytic converters. Part # 48-34125-YN is the race version (no cats). In recent testing the "Street" version produced +23 horsepower and +31 lbs. x ft. of torque on AFE Power in house dyno on a 2009 Cadillac CTS-V V8-6.2L with aFe cat back exhaust # 49-34063. These headers are 1-7/8" primary tubing which merge to 2-1/8" secondary tubes into a 3" collector (4-2-1 Tri-Y designed headers) with 3/8" thick, 304 stainless steel head flanges. A second bung hole is there for either a wide-band O₂ gauge or auxiliary instrumentation. 3" inlet/2.5" outlet connection adapter pipes mount directly to OE 2.5" mounting locations and the 3" mount directly to the aFe cat back exhaust # 49-34063. (below).
AFE Power Mach Force-Xp 3” cat back # 49-34063 (-B for black tips) fits supercharged 2009-15 Cadillac CTS-V V8 6.2L. This cat-back exhaust system utilizes full 3” tubing (for direct mount to headers above) or with clamp-on reduction tubes to fit 2.5”OE connections. It incorporates an X-Pipe to balance exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system, minimizing exhaust drone. It includes 2 high-flow mufflers with 5” tips.
