Reese's new M5 5th wheel, available in spring 2018 via Marken Performance, has a colored red/green indicator strip letting you know whether or not you are safely hooked up with it's patent-pending Talon jaw system. Other features include a shock-dampening system, ergonomic handle, articulating head (which has 20 percent more landing area, aids towers in coupling on uneven terrain), built-in V-notch helps target the trailer’s king pin into its proper place. The Reese 5th wheel is finished with a powder coat and corrosion resistant Zinc on the handles, latches, and jaw, tested to SAE J2638 standards, and is backed by a lifetime limited warranty.
