 Shop BBK Headers

 
   BBK has long tube full length exhaust headers in 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" diameter CNC mandrel-bent tubing and solid 3/8” laser cut exhaust flanges for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L.  We recommend the BBK Performance 1-3/4" long tubes for slightly modified applications and the 1-7/8" for blown, nitrous or turbo applications.  The headers are available in 3 different finishes: full chrome, polished silver ceramic or stainless steel. 
   NOTE: 2015 UP Long Tube exhaust headers require additional hardware & O2 sensor extension harness kit part # 16332 to be purchased to complete installation on the 1-3/4" & 1-7/8" Long Tubes. 
   Short mid pipes are also required to complete the installation and will fit fit both 1-3/4" and 1-7/8" Long Tubes (phone for part #’s). 
   1-3/4" part numbers: 1633 for chrome, 16330 for polished silver ceramic, 16335 for 304 stainless. 
   1-7/8" part numbers: 1856 for chrome, 18560 for polished silver ceramic. 
   Part # 16332 for: O2 harnesses + hardware kit required for installation (avail May 1). 
 
 
  
  
  
   BBK Performance now has 1-7/8" long tube exhaust headers for 2011-14 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L Coyote engines.  These new exhaust headers are designed and built with thick wall CNC mandrel bent tubing to increase exhaust flow demanded by supercharged or nitrous 5.0L Coyote engines.
   These headers are available in chrome (part # 1856) or polished silver ceramic (part # 18560) and utilize the same 3" short mid X pipes used by the BBK Performance 1-3/4" long tubes.  The short mid pipes are offered with high flow steel substrate catalytic converters (part # 1658) or off road race configurations (part # 1655). 
  
 

  

 

These BBK # 16120 Ceramic Coated Shorty Tuned Length headers fit the 2005-2010 Mustang 4.6 GT 3 Valve.  The 16120 is a high temp polished silver ceramic finish and are designed, manufactured in the USA with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for un-restrictive airflow. Chrome ones are part # 1612.

HemiDodge Charger, Challenger, Magnum, SRT8, Chrysler 300 5.7L Long tube full length exhaust headers for maximum power and performance.  Designed & Developed by BBK to get the most horsepower and torque from your Dodge Hemi 5.7L. These Long Tube Exhaust headers were designed, developed and tested with one thing in mind -- Getting even more horsepower and torque out of the popular 5.7L Dodge Charger, Challenger, Magnum and Chrysler 300C. These BBK performance long tube headers are constructed with 1-3/4" CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8" laser cut exhaust flanges.

   BBK has new full length exhaust headers for all 1999-2013 GM trucks: 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L & 6.2L gas V8 engine GM full size trucks, both 2WD & 4WD.  Part # 1614 (Nickel Chrome), Part # 16140 (Polished Silver Ceramic) is available thru Marken Performance and will provide real improvements in horsepower and torque for added overall performance.  These headers are designed using 1-3/4" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted flow and come with a 2 piece Y-pipe.  
    
  
  
  
  
   
   After fitment of the headers, the 2 piece BBK Y-pipe bolts on and goes from the header collectors back to the cross member and completely clears the engine and drivetrain to terminate in the perfect location to adapt and bolt up to the factory rear dual or single rear exhaust system. The dual Y pipe is manufactured from 2-1/2" CNC mandrel bent aluminized tubing and terminates with the tubes against each other so the customer can merge them into one or continue them dual all the way back. Please note that the Y-pipe does require some simple adaptation and minor welding to complete, however the Long tube headers are a direct true bolt on with the exception of EGR connections. (a EGR block off plate is included should you not wish to make the minor EGR tube extension modifications.
