 AFE is proud to introduce the new Takeda Dual Cat-Back Exhaust System (below part # 49-36605) for the 2013-14 Honda Accord LX, EX, EX-L Sedan 2.4 ltr #49-36605 available thru Marken Performance. In recent testing this system produced 13 HP and 16 lbs. x ft. of TQ. This exhaust starts out with an OE style flange and uses 2.5" mandrel bent 304 stainless steel tubing and merges into dual 2.5" tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintains a great tone. The dual, high flow, polished 304 stainless steel mufflers give an aggressive sound at high RPM's, yet maintaining a subtle tone at cruising speeds. To finish off this 100% TIG-welded exhaust are dual, Takeda laser etched, double wall, angle cut 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust is designed to convert the standard L4 single exhaust into a sporty dual exhaust. It is a direct bolt on system which requires no cutting or drilling and includes all necessary hardware for a hassle free installation.

AFE Power MACH Force XP exhaust system (below Part # 49-36318) for the 2007-13 R56, R57 and R58 MINI Cooper S 1.6 ltr Turbo is here! In recent testing, this system produced 16 HP and 32 lbs. x ft. of TQ. This exhaust system is constructed from 2.5" brushed finish, mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel and is TIG-welded. This system uses a high flow, brushed, 304 stainless steel, single in dual out muffler which improves performance across the power band while maintaining a great aggressive tone (a 16" free-flowing muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones). To finish off this system are dual aFe laser etched, 3.5" polished 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations. Note: Cutting is required and should be performed by a skilled technician. The rear cat is retained on this system to maintain a smooth deep sound but more importantly to keep the system street legal.

AFE Power MACH Force XP now has a dual exhaust system for the 2005-09 Ford Mustang V6 4.0 ltr (below part #49-43047).  In recent testing, this system produced 12 horsepower and 16 lbs. x ft. of torque. This exhaust is constructed from 2.5" mandrel bent, stainless steel and is MIG-welded. Dual high flow, stainless steel, single in, single out mufflers are used to maximize performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone as free-flowing mufflers are used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound. To finish off this exhaust aFe uses dual, laser etched, 3.5" polished 304 stainless steel tips. Note: The V8 rear bumper cover is recommended (Ford OE Part Number 5R3Z17K835BAA). The use of the OE V6 bumper cover requires cutting and should be performed by Marken Performance or a skilled technician. Mitered collectors decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in maximum horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

AFE offers just an axle back #49-43048 (below right) exhaust system for the 05-09 Mustang V6-4.0L. This exhaust is constructed from 2.5”, mandrel-bent, stainless steel and gained 8 Hp & 8 TQ.  To finish off this exhaust is a 3.5" rolled edge, 304 stainless steel aFe laser etched tip.

This exhaust is constructed from 2.5" brushed finish, mandrel bent, 304 stainless steel and is TIG-welded. A high flow, 304 stainless steel, single in dual out muffler was used to maximize performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone as a 16" free-flowing muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones.  To finish off this exhaust are dual, aFe laser etched, 3" polished 304 stainless steel tips. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations. aFe introduces the MACH Force XP exhaust system 49-36317-C for the 2012-13 BMW M5 F10 V8 4.4 ltr Twin-Turbo. This unique exhaust system is constructed from TIG-welded, 3" mandrel bent 304 stainless steel and uses quad, high-flow mufflers. This system was designed and engineered by tuning the perfect tube lengths, ultimately maximizing performance across the power band while maintaining a great tone. Also included is an X-pipe balance tube which equalizes and evenly distributes exhaust pulses for increased flow and minimizing exhaust drone. To finish off this system, aFe uses four 4" carbon fiber tips with 303 stainless steel machined finish inserts. This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle-free installation.  No modifications necessary.
