Kooks Headers has already developed Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers and Torque Scavenging X-Pipes for the 2014 Corvette Stingray 6.2 ltr.  This system, available thru Marken Performance, has a dyno proven +32 RWHP on the stock tune. Construction includes CNC mandrel bent 304 Stainless Steel with 3/8″ hand ported flanges. X-Pipe features include EPA certified GESI Ultra High Performance Green catalysts and additional 02 bung for tuning. For the first time included with Stingray headers are Cometic Multi-Layer Steel Gaskets, ARP header bolts, and Torca clamps for leak-free performance.

   Stainless Steel Headers available in 1 7/8″ x 3″ (part # 217240) or 2″ x 3″ (part # 217260) sizes. Kooks’ 3″ Stainless Steel GREEN Catted X-Pipes (part # 217330) include Ultra High Performance GREEN Cats, Cometic Stainless Steel gaskets, ARP header bolts and Torca ball and socket clamping system. This system includes 2 3/4″ OEM outlets for use with stock axle back.   

   Kooks will be showing off this new product on a 2014 Stingray and it will be displayed on a set of Race Ramps in booth #25163. SEMA has begun!

   Kooks Headers and Exhaust has just released a brand new long tube header and complete exhaust system for the 2012+ Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 6.4L, which they won an award from SEMA and can be purchased through Marken Performance.  Kooks has used their 51 years of header and exhaust ingenuity to engineer a full T304 grade stainless steel system from the block all the way to the bumper.  As always Kooks systems are built with all US sourced stainless steel.  Two sizes will be available for the headers; 1 7/8” x 3” and 2” x 3”.  3/8” thick flanges will be used for the head ports, 18 Gauge thick materials for the primaries, 16 gauge thick merge collectors with our leak free ball and socket style connection.  No pesky clamps to worry about loosening up and rattling around.  As with all Kooks stainless long tubes, a limited lifetime warranty is included.   Kooks Headers and Exhaust will also offer two different connection pipes.    Crafted out of 16 gauge 304 stainless, these connection pipes will connect to the headers and will bolt seamlessly to the OEM or Kooks cat-back exhaust system.  They will be offered exclusively with the Kooks Ultra High Performance 49 State EPA legal Green cats or with no cats at all.  To finish the system off Kooks has produced a 3” complete cat-back exhaust system that includes a 3” high velocity x-pipe, 3” Oval Custom Race Mufflers and a Ball and Socket outlet so you can connect directly to your factory tips for that classy finish.  The cat-back can be used with the complete system or with the OEM manifolds and Catalysts.   40 plus horsepower and torque gains can be anticipated with the complete system.
