The Hex-A-Just Kits for the Ford 4.6L and 5.4L 4-valve engines feature a complete set of chains and sprockets. The Hex-A-Just® True® Roller Set is infinitely adjustable to +/- 6 degrees.  No machining required and no fumbling with offset bushings.  Simply dial in your cam timing with the turn of a wrench then tighten the cam bolts to lock the cam position in place.  The pair of fully adjustable billet camshaft sprockets, billet crankshaft sprocket, and fine-finished chains makes up the primary timing components.  The secondary components consist of four 9-keyway secondary sprockets, two single-keyway secondary sprockets, and fine-finished secondary chains. This kit allows the engine builder to quickly and easily adjust cam timing to maximize engine output.  Product development manager Jason Thompson says, “This kit gives the engine builder everything he needs, even an extra secondary sprocket that helps reduce the center-to-center distance on race-only versions of the engine that don’t use a tensioner.  There are also two crankshaft sprockets to choose from depending upon the reluctor wheel used in the engine.”
