aFe’s MACH Force XP cat-back exhaust system, part # 49-43049-B (black tips, 49-43049-P polished tips) fits the 2011-2014 Ford Mustang GT with the V8-5.0L engine. +23 horsepower and +19 lbs. x ft. of torque gains available thru Marken Performance.  This exhaust system is constructed from 3” mandrel bent, stainless steel and is MIG welded.  The system uses dual high flow mufflers with 3” tubing which improves performance across the power band while maintaining the true muscle car sound.  aFe has incorporated an equalizer balance tube to evenly distribute exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system.  This not only creates a more efficient flow and better performance, the equalizer balance tube also reduces sound decibels minimizing exhaust drone.  Included in this system are two dual 4", double wall, gloss black, 304 stainless steel, slash cut aFe laser etched exhaust tips (with the 49-43049-B). This exhaust uses all factory hanger locations for a hassle free installation.  No modifications necessary.  The equalizer balance tube evenly distributes exhaust pulses traveling through the exhaust system. This not only creates a more efficient flow and better performance, it also reduces sound decibels minimizing exhaust drone.

   Afe’s Takeda cat-back exhaust with polished tips, part # 49-36107, produces +12 horsepower and +12 lbs. x ft. of torque for the 2009-2013 Nissan 370Z V6 3.7L.  This unique dual exhaust system is constructed from 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel and is TIG welded thru Marken Performance.   An X-pipe balance tube is used to equalize and evenly distribute exhaust pulses which minimizes exhaust drone and increases flow and performance.  Countless hours of R&D was used to ensure the perfect decibel level without compromising performance and keeping exhaust drone to a minimum.  aFe carefully engineered this system to maintain Nissan's distinct exhaust tone.  To finish off this exhaust are dual 14" length mufflers and 4" dual, double wall, polished, Takeda laser etched, 304 stainless steel tips.    Afe’s down pipe back exhaust system (49-44044-B shown, with black tips) is constructed from 4" mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing and uses a high flow muffler, high quality band clamps and OE-style bayonet hangers. It fits the 2011-14 GM Diesel Trucks V8 6.6L (td) LML available from Marken Performance.  This unit uses all factory mounting locations and comes with a bolt-on bracket that supports the driver side tailpipe.  This provides for a quick, hassle-free installation with no modification necessary.  Also included in this exhaust system is dual massive 6" high temp black powder-coated or polished stainless steel tips with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power badges.  The 4” smooth transition mandrel bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT’s.

 

 

   

   aFe Power’s new “Race Only” Twisted Steel Headers part # 48-46001 for the 2005-11 Toyota Tacoma V6 4.0 ltr deliver an astounding 9 hp and 12 lbs. x ft. torque while out flowing the factory exhaust manifolds.  The headers are constructed of 1-5/8” 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing with 3/8” thick CNC Laser cut flanges to ensure a leak-free seal from Marken Performance.  To eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow that formed collectors are prone to produce, true merge collectors and optimized tube lengths are used for true pulse control technology improving flow and performance. The smooth curves and increased diameter of this header helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability.  Each header comes with a 300 cell high flow catalytic converter.
