• Exhaust Manifolds

   BD Diesel's exhaust manifolds were designed with expansion joints and heavy webbing to prevent cracking. The exhaust runner design maintains exhaust velocity to drive the turbine wheel. Runner size does not go beyond the size of the exhaust ports on the head because when the runners are larger, the velocity to drive the turbo is lost due to the expansion and temperature in the exhaust manifold reduces the turbine drive pressure needed for turbocharger response. BD’s SEMA Award Winning (for Dodge) 1-Piece Stainless Exhaust Manifolds do not require the expansion joints because of the ability of the Stainless Steel to withstand higher heat without cracking.

• Exhaust Brake Kits

   BD Diesel's Exhaust Brake has an exclusive Variable Butterfly Technology, providing peak retarding power throughout the engine’s rpm range unlike some models that rely on a hole/orifice within the butterfly to calibrate back-pressure only in the higher engine RPM. The Butterfly is constantly exercising thus reducing the possibility of carbon and rust deposit forming that can cause premature ware and binding. Furthermore no maintenance or lubricating is required providing miles of trouble free service. Stainless steel butterfly shaft that has proven to stand up under the harsh, high-heat conditions of the exhaust environment. The offset butterfly valve won’t stick, and has been strategically placed in the elbow so that it won’t impede exhaust flow when in the open position. Brake valve is actuated by an air cylinder (newer models) or a powerful, three-inch vacuum cylinder (earlier models).

• Engine Power Programming

  BD Dieselboosts your fuel economy of your Big Rig by more than 10% with injecting your fuel earlier in the combustion cycle. The Econo-Boost module produces 30-35 more horsepower utilizing the same amount of fuel thus reducing your visible smoke, and, at least 65oF cooler EGT’s and 10oF lower coolant temperatures. Simply plug into your CAT or Cummins ISX engines and start saving money!

  For pick up trucks, BD Diesel also offers selectable power gains of 30 hp to 140 hp are possible (depending on application), along with improved fuel economy and better driveability overall. • Cam Caster Adjuster Kit
     Have trouble keeping your Ford truck driving straight? Oversize tires, suspension lift kits or just levelling the truck is likely the cause! Alterations like installation of a suspension lift or levelling kit can cause the steering pivot axis and tire position to swing rearward resulting in negative castor. This results in wandering, wobble, pulling and stiff steering. Even larger tires can exaggerate the problem and require more positive castor adjustment than the stock truck is capable of.
     By installing BD's Cam Caster Adjustor Kit # 1032100 on the radius control arms of the Ford 2005-2010 Super Duty pick-ups (Diesel or gas), correcting the caster to a more positive angle is made easier. Reduces tire cupping and helps steering wheel return to center!

• Edelbrock E-Force Superchargers

  Edelbrock has come up with these great E-Force Supercharger systems that deliver optimum horsepower and torque in a complete, street-legal kit that fits under the factory hood (no special aftermarket hood required in some cases) The core of each system is the Eaton Gen VI 2300 TVS® Supercharger rotating assembly with some upgrades to the 2650 TVS® (with a 170° twist). Eaton's 2300 TVS® assembly features a four lobe design with 160° of twist for maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for excellent drivability. The supercharger assembly has been integrated into the intake manifold for a seamless design with minimal components, eliminating the possibility of vacuum leaks between gasket surfaces.     Holley has various quality Intake Manifolds from street to strip. The Modular Mid-Rise intake utilizes the popular Holley LS1/LS2/LS6 cathedral port Mid-Rise 2 x 4 intake manifold along with a purpose built plenum base adapter and a Holley 92MM EFI plenum top which converts it into a Mid-Rise EFI intake manifold which is available from your Holley Canadian dealer Marken Performance in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. With a max overall height of only 10.44”, the Mid-Rise manifold is an excellent choice for street and performance street/strip applications with a powerband from 1,500-6,500 RPM and limited hood clearance. • Carburetors
    Holley carburetors now include E85 compatibility. Holley carburetors have powered every NASCAR® Sprint® Cup team and every NHRA® Pro–Stock champion for four decades. Holley Carburetors include traditional street carburetos as well as the Ultra 4150 HP and the Holley Dominator. The Holley Dominator Gen 3 carb for racing is 3.8 pounds or 28 pecent lighter than the original model and can be ordered form Marken Performance, Kitchener. The Ultra Dominator comes in three finishes: shiny aluminum with either black or red billet metering blocks or Hard Core Gray with a black metering block. Additional options include a throttle position sensor kit for data acquisition systems, air-scoop adapters in different finishes and large-bore carb spacers will soon be available. The Gen 3 Dominator is available in six different sizes: 950, 1050, 1150, 1250, 1350 or 1475 cfm.

The Hydramat has a material that wicks the fuel to the pickup – it doesn’t have to be touching the fuel much at all in order to provide the fuel supply. • Holley efi Systems

  Converting from carburetor to EFI is easier with Holley’s new multi-point EFI systems. The Holley EFI kits are available in 4 bbl throttle body, 4 bbl multi-port and what Holley calls the Stealth Ram style EFI. The Terminator 950 cfm 4 bbl throttle body has the fuel delivered below the throttle plates like in NASCAR. The 4 bbl Multi-Port Fuel Injection (MPFI up to 2000 cfm) kits comes with an intake manifold and the fuel is injected at each intake port in the intake manifold, just above the cylinder head. • Holley LS Brackets, Pulleys, Accessories

    Holley now has accessory drive kits for the LS GM engines, specifically designed for swapping a Generation III or IV engine into their older vehicle. These bracket kits are available from Marken Performance with Corvette, F-body, or Truck drive offsets, with or without A/C, and can be used with any water pump or balancer offsets. • Air Intake Kits

   K&N has been improving automotive power and torque for over 20 years with easy to install air intakes. K&N air intakes are specifically engineered to use existing factory holes and mounting points, making installation simple. The vast majority of our cold air intakes (CAI) do NOT require any cutting or drilling so adding performance is simple. Some kits can also be converted to SRI (Short Ram Intake).    K&N engineers looked at the vehicle’s air box (the container that houses the air filter) and any hoses or duct work connecting it to the engine. Because the air must first travel through this system before it reaches the carburetor or throttle body, the overall size and shape of the system has a profound effect on air flow. Air, like water, does not like to turn corners nor does it react favorably when confronted by an obstruction such as a sharp bend in a hose or a baffle. In many cases, the air box and/or the hoses and duct work used to create the air filtration system is just as restrictive as the original paper filter element. In some extreme cases, the air box and/or the air delivery system is the greatest source of restriction. The inlet to the air box is a good example. In many instances this opening is one half the cross sectional area of the throttle body or carburetor opening. It would be like trying to run a marathon while breathing through a soda straw.

• K&N Oil Filters

   K&N's premium wrench-off Performance Gold line of automotive and marine canister oil filters were developed to meet the high performance demands of race applications. They have rapidly become popular for their canister strength and durability. These canister style oil filters are designed to handle higher oil pressures than a standard oil filter and can be used with the latest synthetic motor oils. Most of these premium automotive and marine canister oil filters come with a 1 inch welded nut on the top that makes removal easy. We use thicker canister walls for extra strength and durability which reduces the risk of damage from loose rocks and debris. The durable construction will withstand higher oil pressures found only in racing environments without bursting. The drilled hole on the nut is for a safety wire attachment. Required for many types of racing, the safety wire prevents blown oil filters from falling on the track and representing a hazard to other race vehicles.

MSD Ignition from Marken Performance

• MSD Ignition Contoller

  The one on left is one of several Ignition Control Modules. There is a different control module for every application including your daily driver, turbos and blown engines, circle trackers and even 200+ mph Pro Modified Cars.

  The MSD 6AL Ignition Control set the standards that other ignitions strive to reach. The wiring is all routed out one end of the unit through a sealed and locking connector. This eases installation and keeps your wiring looking neat and clean. The rev limiter was moved right on top of the housing for easy access to the two rotary dials to set the limit in 100 rpm increments.   MSD has an updated and improved version of the popular ignition control box and has come out with a special “LS” line for LS Engines. Part # 6014 is Red and # 60143 is Black --- they both replace part #’s 6010 or # 6012. New features of the LS Ignition Control Box include; high speed data acquisition, an optional coolant temperature sensor input, idle timing control, as well as individual cylinder timing. These features are in addition to the existing programmable step retard, launch retard and RPM rev limiters from its predecessor.

• MSD Atomic LS Award Winning Product

  The MSD LS Atomic EFI kit integrates the fuel rails with the engine management computer itself. This has a superior advantage in that it virtually eliminates most of the wiring harness associated with an EFI engine swap. By having the computer co-located with the fuel rails, it also cools the electronics, another bonus. The injectors of the throttle body can support approximately 625 horsepower on naturally aspirated applications.

  For Nitrous fans, a wet system (one that supplies its own fuel to compensate for nitrous) must be incorporated. From the Atomic handheld monitor you'll be able to program a target air/fuel ratio that will be used when the nitrous is activated. There is also a timing setting that will retard the timing during nitrous activation as well.

  Boost: The throttle body incorporates a 2-bar MAP sensor and can manage up to 14-psi of boost. There is value for a target air/fuel ratio during boost on the handheld monitor as well as a timing retard that is based off timing per pound of boost.

    7/8" Spacer with studs #10-3485: ReadyLift offers model specific wheel spacers for 07-UP Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 6-lug trucks. Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for maximum strength and longevity, the ReadyLift 10-3485 wheel spacers are 7/8" thick and include pressed in 14mm factory style studs. Can be used on '99-07 GM 1500 trucks if required for the individual application and if the factory wheels or the aftermarket wheels being used on the 99-07 Classic body style truck have the factory pockets cast into the back side of the wheel next to the lug holes. Sold as Pairs.

    1/2" Spacer no studs #15-3485: ReadyLift offers model specific wheel spacers designed for 07-UP Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 6-lug trucks and SUVs with the ReadyLIFT 4" SST Lift Kit. These 1/2" quality spacers are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for maximum strength and longevity and are HUB Centric. When installed the 15-3485 wheel spacer will place the outer wheel lip in line with the fender. The wheels WILL NOT stick out using this spacer. Can be used on '99-07 GM 1500 trucks or any GM truck with a 6-5.5 bolt pattern to resolve wheel or tire fitment issues or just to increase track width.
